This app is a must-have! It perfectly balances work life with those annoying GP appointments—no more driving, hunting for parking, or taking half a day off. You get a consult within minutes, sorted from your couch. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be using it again.🥰🥳 Just one tiny gripe: the video calls are so efficient they’re almost comically fast. The doctor is already typing away before you can even say “G’day,” hands you what you need in under a minute, and you’re left wondering… 😵‍💫“Did that really just happen, or did I imagine the whole thing?” Then you get the txt and the relief that you are not imagining things. 😮‍💨

Awesome service. I was able to get a script for 1 month a nil cost whilst travelling interstate and unable to get an appointment with my GP. This is an awesome service. Ok about half hour in total. Signed up, received a phone call from the GP and script arrived in less time that it would take to drive to a GP. I would definitely use this service again.

Not a norm for me to leave a review until now. Goggle search had you guys top of the list and the cheapest by about $50. Easy webpage easy to use book in and pay I had connection issues and the doctor I spoke to waited patiently for my slow connection. Clear precise instructions and a script and medical certificate sent to me in minutes Well done 💔

Dr was efficient and service via phone is quick and easy to use. Camera function for Dr to view issue an easy way for Dr to assess the situation and provide his professional opinion. Bulk billed service and very handy for a Sunday appointment as our Medical Centre is closed on a Sunday.

Such a lifesaver. All local doctors were unavailable and I had an infection that simply could not be left. Pharmacists couldn't help. Hola was new to me and I was so grateful for the ease, speed and price. I simply entered my details and was speaking with a doctor face-to-face within 10mins. I couldn't hear him well but he was patient and repeated when necessary. What an excellent service!

They are the Temu of Doctors. If you're in a pinch and need a referral, certificate or a prescription fast, they're great. Quick, cheap and super convenient. If you need any sort of diagnosis, long discussion, bedside manner etc. Go to your GP. The calls with Hola doctors are quick fast. Think Soup Nazi in Seinfeld, know exactly what you want to discuss, get in and get out. I basically only use them for prescriptions and they work great.

What a fantastic service. Was so good to be able to book online and speak to a GP within 20mins, made it so much easier not having to leave the house during the night and sit in an emergency room with a vomiting toddler. The GP was fantastic, asked a lot of questions and made sure I was comfortable and I had all my questions answered. Not to mention, eScript delivered within seconds after consulting with the GP.

Dr Haresh Doulatram, Called back ontime. Preread my complaint & was a pleasure to deal with. We agreed to a treatment plan rapidly & received my escript simultaneously. As a retired GP who has a dramas getting to see My long term GP essentially because of inadequately trained surgery staff, this service is OUTSTANDING ! I’m definitely using them in a crunch & as a backup. Well done Hola Health 🫡. ( pseudonym used )

The entire process was seamless—from booking the appointment to receiving my prescription. Jacinta was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She listened carefully to my concerns, asked insightful questions, and provided clear, reassuring advice. The prescription was sent directly to my phone as barcode without any hassle. I am so happy to have found this service. I’ve used it for two acute issues (ear infection and terrible rash/impetigo for my son). Both services were quick and efficient and I was surprised how well the customer service was when I emailed saying I’d forgotten to get a carers certificate and another time when the topical antibiotic wasn’t enough and both issues were rectified without hassle or extra charge. I will def keep using this affordable and convenient service for my family and would recommend to anyone with straight forward issues.
